Hi, I’m Marianne Kane - Cardiac Nurse, turned ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and owner of Marianne Kane Fitness, LLC, a mobile personal training service in Garnet Valley, PA.
For over 15 years, I’ve been helping people rediscover their strength - physically and mentally - especially after life threw them off course. Whether it’s parenthood, burnout, health challenges, or just the emotional weight of doing it all, I understand how overwhelming it can be to start again.
My mission is to help people rebuild confidence and strength in a way that fits real life and lasts - not the “all-or-nothing” version of fitness culture. I make things to doable it's almost impossible to fail!
My Story
Strength training changed my life. Diagnosed with a chronic arthritic disorder in my 20s, I discovered that lifting wasn’t just about building muscle - it was about reclaiming control, confidence, and a sense of possibility.
Since then, I’ve coached thousands of men and women online and in person through MyomyFitness (now Marianne Kane Fitness), co-founded Girls Gone Strong and Get Glutes, and saw my home workout channel recognized in Shape Magazine’s Top 10 Workout Channels on YouTube. My approach is rooted in short, effective, and empowering workouts designed to work with your life, not against it.
