 This Individualized 16-week (4 Month) In-Home Personal Training Package is Designed to Re-establish Your Fitness in the Simplest, Least Time-Consuming Way Possible.

This package is for people who were once active and confident in their bodies but fell off track due to work, family, stress, injury, or simply life happening. What worked for you before just isn't sustainable now. I help people like you simplify and get more for less effort. 

I come to your home or chosen location, remove the guesswork, and help you rebuild strength in a way that’s realistic, efficient, and sustainable.

How the Back to Fitness Package Works

Week 0: baseline Evaluation
  • A single 60-75 minute session to establish your baseline movement and strength
  • Run through any questions you might have
  • A short strength workout 
Weeks 1–8: Rebuild Momentum
  • 2 in-person training sessions per week
  • Strength-focused, full-body sessions
  • Technique coaching, progression, and accountability
  • Ideal for rebuilding consistency and confidence
Weeks 9–16: Transition to Independence
  • 1 in-person session per week
  • 1 additional programmed workout each week (completed on your own or as an optional virtual session)
  • Focus on maintaining progress while fitting training into real life
At the End of 16 Weeks
  • 50% off my online home workout video membership, Equipped with Strength (optional continuation for ongoing workouts with train-along videos)
  • 4 Weekly check-ins via text or call to help maintain momentum and troubleshoot obstacles as they happen.

Unsure? Book the Evaluation Session separately

All clients attend a single evaluation/intro session before the main workouts begin. This is to get a true individualized baseline so I can plan progressions effectively. This session is included in the package, but does not count as one of the total 24 sessions.

If anyone is on the fence about committing to the full package, you may book this as a one-off session (lasts 60-75 minutes).

It includes:

  • Strength assessment
  • Trial training session

Cost: $150

If you choose to do this session separately and then decide to move forward with the Back to Fitness package, this fee is credited toward your total

Who This package Is For

This package is a good fit if you:

  • Drop-in sessions
  • Extremely low-cost training
  • Meal plans or macro coaching
  • High-volume daily workouts
  • Very specific athletic or physique goals

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes long. This gives adequate time for a check-in, warm-up, workout with appropriate rest periods, and cool-down. 

 

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place in your home, outdoors, or at another agreed-upon location.

How Much Space Do I Need?

A small clear area is enough. Garages, basements, living rooms, patios, and driveways all work well. The area should be free of obstacles and should have an approximate radius of 1.5 x your height.  

 

Do I need equipment?

I bring the necessary equipment for sessions. If you have your own equipment, I’m happy to incorporate it. Having your own exercise/yoga mat is helpful for hygiene reasons. I always bring antibacterial wipes for the equipment anyway.

 

Do You Offer Meal Plans or nutrition coaching?

No, I do not provide meal plans or nutrition prescriptions as this would be "out of scope" for my certification. However, I’m happy to offer general guidance and support healthy habits as part of the overall coaching process.

 

Can I do this with a friend, spouse, or neighbor?

Possibly. Small group training is available by request only for clients who already know each other and can commit to the same schedule.

Groups are limited to 2–3 people max to maintain coaching quality and safety. All participants must complete a consultation and be pre-approved.

Small group pricing (per person):

  • 2 people: $1,800 each

  • 3 people: $1,500 each

Training follows the same structure as the 1:1 Back to Fitness package and takes place at one participant’s home or another agreed-upon location.

What if I’m sick, traveling or need to cancel??

Built-in flexibility is included.

  • During the 2-session weeks, you may convert a week to 1 session if needed.
  • If you miss an entire week, you have one buffer week during the package to make it up.
  • If you're traveling/on vacation you have the option of meeting virtually or I can write you a workout plan to do instead.
  • Additional missed sessions are not rolled over beyond that.

What about pets or young children?

For safety, pets and small children should not be in the workout space during sessions. This allows us to train effectively and avoid injuries.

 

Do you offer individual sessions?

No. I work exclusively with package-based training to ensure consistency, progress, and proper coaching.

How do I get started?

  1. We begin with a phone consultation to discuss goals, scheduling, and fit => BOOK CALL 
  2. I highly recommend a one-off assessment session ($125), which can be applied toward the package if you move forward.
  3. We get stuck in 🙂 

A Note on My Process

Fitness doesn’t fail because people don’t try hard enough. It usually fails because the plan doesn’t fit real life.

My approach is built around consistency rather than perfection. When you focus on showing up regularly in a way that’s realistic for your season of life, results follow naturally. That’s why I work within a sixteen week structure. It allows time to build strength, confidence, and habits that actually last, without the pressure to do everything at once.
