Online Coaching

A personalized approach for people who want to build strength, stay consistent, and train in a way that fits real life.

Most of the people I work with already know that strength training is important.

The challenge usually isn't a lack of information.

It's finding an approach that's realistic enough to fit around work, family, changing energy levels, travel, and everything else life throws at us.

That's where I can help.

Rather than handing you a generic workout program, I'll take the time to understand your goals, your training experience, your available equipment, and what's getting in the way of consistency. From there, I'll design a plan that's realistic for your life and adjust it as your needs change.

The goal isn't to help you complete every workout perfectly.

It's to help you build a routine you can continue with for years.

How Coaching Works

We'll begin with a free consultation to talk about your goals, your previous training experience, and what you're hoping to achieve.

If we decide we're a good fit, we'll move through an onboarding process that includes health and lifestyle questionnaires and a movement assessment. I'll then design your initial training program specifically for you.

As we work together, we'll continue to adjust your training based on your progress, your feedback, and what's happening in your life.

Some clients prefer a simple printable training plan. Others like using a coaching app. We'll use whichever format helps you stay most consistent.

Depending on your needs, we'll also meet regularly by Zoom to review your progress, answer questions, work on technique, and make adjustments to your program.

What Coaching Includes

Every coaching plan is individualized, but may include:

  • A personalized strength training program.
  • Regular program updates and progression.
  • Zoom coaching sessions.
  • Between-session support for questions and guidance.
  • Exercise technique coaching.
  • Training designed around your schedule, available equipment, and experience.

My Coaching Philosophy

I don't believe missing a workout means you've failed.

Life isn't predictable, and your training shouldn't fall apart every time your routine changes.

Instead, we'll build a plan that's flexible enough to adapt when life gets busy, while still giving you enough structure to keep moving forward.

Sometimes progress means completing every planned workout.

Sometimes it means doing one workout instead of none.

Either way, you're still moving in the right direction.

Is This a Good Fit?

Online coaching is likely to be a good fit if you:

  • Want someone else to take care of the planning.
  • Appreciate a personalized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all program.
  • Are comfortable completing most of your workouts independently.
  • Want guidance that adapts as your schedule, energy, or circumstances change.
  • Value building long-term consistency over chasing quick results.

It may not be the right fit if you're looking for:

  • Every workout to be coached live.
  • A generic workout program.
  • Meal plans or nutrition coaching.
  • Daily communication or intensive accountability.

Coaching Fees

Online coaching is offered on a monthly basis and begins at $350 per month.

We'll start with a free consultation so I can learn more about your goals and recommend the coaching approach I believe will best support you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need gym access?

No. Your program is built around whatever equipment you have available, whether that’s a full gym or minimal setup at home.

Do I have to use a coaching app?

No. Some clients prefer a simple printable training plan, while others enjoy using a coaching app. We'll use whichever format works best for you.

How often do you check in?

Check-ins are done weekly, with adjustments made based on your progress, schedule, and feedback.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Coaching is month-to-month, but most clients stay for at least 3 months to build consistency and see meaningful progress.

What if I miss workouts or fall off track?

That’s part of the process. We adjust and keep things moving forward rather than starting over.

Will you help with exercise technique/form?

Yes. You can send videos for feedback, and I’ll guide you on adjustments as needed.

Do You Offer Meal Plans or nutrition coaching?

No, I do not provide meal plans or nutrition prescriptions as this would be "out of scope" for my certification. However, I’m happy to offer general guidance and support healthy habits as part of the overall coaching process. I can recommend the app I personally use to track my macros and calories (though not required).
