Hi, I'm Marianne Kane, former cardiac nurse, certified personal trainer, and owner of Marianne Kane Fitness LLC.
I help adults build strength, improve mobility, and maintain an active, independent lifestyle through personalized in-home fitness coaching in the Garnet Valley area.
Many of my clients aren't starting from scratch. They may have exercised regularly in the past, but life became busy. Careers, family responsibilities, health challenges, injuries, or simply the passing of time made fitness harder to prioritize.
My goal is to help you rebuild strength and confidence with a realistic, sustainable approach that fits your life today, not the life you had ten or twenty years ago.

My Story
My interest in strength training became personal when I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic inflammatory arthritis, in my twenties.
What began as a way to manage symptoms eventually became something much more important. Strength training helped me maintain function, improve my quality of life, and develop confidence in what my body could still do.
That experience continues to shape how I coach today.
I understand that fitness is about far more than appearance. It's about being able to move well, remain independent, enjoy the activities you love, and feel capable in everyday life.
Over the years, I've coached thousands of individuals both online and in person through MyomyFitness, later Marianne Kane Fitness. I was also a co-founder of Girls Gone Strong and Get Glutes, and my YouTube workout channel was recognized by Shape Magazine as one of the Top 10 Workout Channels on YouTube.
My Approach
My coaching combines evidence-based fitness with a practical understanding of real life.
I focus on:
• Building strength safely and progressively
• Improving mobility, balance, and confidence
• Creating sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle
• Helping you stay active and independent as you age
• Providing encouragement, accountability, and expert guidance
This isn't boot camp training.
It's personalized coaching designed to help you become stronger, healthier, and more capable over the long term.
