For people who used to train consistently and want a realistic way to get back to it.
In-person coaching is designed to help you rebuild strength and consistency with structure, accountability, and support, without fitness taking over your life.
I work with people who were once active and confident in their bodies but have fallen off track due to work, family, stress, injury, or simply life changing over time. What worked before no longer feels sustainable.
The focus is on simplifying your training so you can get results without it becoming time-consuming or overwhelming.
Sessions take place at your home or chosen location and are built around your schedule, experience level, and current capacity.
Location & Travel
I’m based near Darlington Art Center in Garnet Valley and work with clients within roughly a 10-minute radius to keep scheduling consistent.
How Most Clients Start
Most clients begin with the Back to Fitness Package, a structured 12-week coaching process designed to rebuild consistency and confidence gradually.
The first phase includes more hands-on support and accountability, followed by a gradual transition toward greater independence while maintaining momentum.
The Back to Fitness Package
Weeks 1–6: Rebuild Momentum
- 2 in-person training sessions per week
- Strength-focused, full-body training
- Technique coaching, progression, and accountability
- Designed to re-establish consistency and confidence
Weeks 7–12: Transition to Independence
- 1 in-person training session per week
- 1 additional programmed workout each week (completed independently or as an optional virtual session)
- Focus on maintaining progress while integrating training into your routine
After the 12 Weeks
At the end of the package, most clients transition into ongoing coaching to maintain progress with less hands-on support.
This typically includes one in-person session per week along with continued programming and check-ins, allowing you to keep progressing while training more independently.
You’ll also receive:
- 50% off Equipped with Strength (optional continuation with guided home workouts)
- 4 weekly check-ins (text or call) to help maintain momentum and troubleshoot as needed

Frequently Asked Questions
Sessions are 60 minutes long. This gives adequate time for a check-in, warm-up, workout with appropriate rest periods, and cool-down.
Sessions take place in your home, outdoors, or at another agreed-upon location.
A small clear area is enough. Garages, basements, living rooms, patios, and driveways all work well. The area should be free of obstacles and should have an approximate radius of 1.5 x your height.
I bring the necessary equipment for sessions. If you have your own equipment, I’m happy to incorporate it. Having your own exercise/yoga mat is helpful for hygiene reasons. I always bring antibacterial wipes for the equipment anyway.
No, I do not provide meal plans or nutrition prescriptions as this would be "out of scope" for my certification. However, I’m happy to offer general guidance and support healthy habits as part of the overall coaching process.
Possibly. Small group training is available by request only for clients who already know each other and can commit to the same schedule.
Groups are limited to 3 people max to maintain coaching quality and safety. All participants must complete a consultation and be pre-approved.
Small group pricing (per person):
- 2 people: $1,200 each
- 3 people: $1,000 each
Training follows the same structure as the 1:1 Back to Fitness package and takes place at one participant’s home or another agreed-upon location.
Built-in flexibility is included.
- During the 2-session weeks, you may convert a week to 1 session if needed.
- If you miss an entire week, you have one buffer week during the package to make it up.
- Additional missed sessions are not rolled over beyond that.
For safety, pets and small children should not be in the workout space during sessions. This allows us to train effectively and avoid injuries.
