Online Coaching

For those who want structure and accountability

(but need the flexibility to train on their own schedule)

If you’ve trained before, you likely don’t need more information. You know what to do. The challenge is staying consistent with it while balancing everything else in your life.

Online coaching gives you a clear plan, ongoing support, and the ability to adjust as things change, so you can keep moving forward without overthinking it.

This is the same approach I use with my in-person clients, adapted for flexibility and independence.

How Online Coaching Works

You’ll follow a personalized training plan built around your goals, experience, and available equipment, delivered through an app with clear structure and video demonstrations.

Each week, we’ll check in to review progress, make adjustments, and work through anything that’s getting in the way.

You’ll also have direct messaging access for questions, form feedback, or when something doesn’t feel right and you need input.

What’s Included
  • Individualized strength-based programming
  • App-based (via Everfit) workouts with my own video demos and simple tracking
  • Weekly check-ins and ongoing adjustments
  • Messaging support for questions and feedback
  • A plan that adapts as your schedule and energy change
Who This Is For

This is a good fit if you:

  • Have previous experience with strength training
  • Don’t need to be taught every movement from scratch
  • Want a clear plan instead of figuring it out week to week
  • Need accountability to stay consistent
  • Want something that fits your current schedule and energy
Not a Fit If You’re Looking For
  • A beginner introduction to exercise
  • Fully coached, in-person style sessions
  • Meal plans or macro tracking
  • High-volume or daily workout programming

Investment

Online coaching is offered on a monthly basis.

$275 per month

Most clients stay for at least 3 months to build consistency and see meaningful progress.

Spots are limited to keep coaching personalized and responsive.

Do I need gym access?

No. Your program is built around whatever equipment you have available, whether that’s a full gym or minimal setup at home.

How often do you check in?

Check-ins are done weekly, with adjustments made based on your progress, schedule, and feedback.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Coaching is month-to-month, but most clients stay for at least 3 months to build consistency and see meaningful progress.

Do I need equipment?

At a minimum, 1 or 2 Kettlebells or Dumbbells are enough. It's also good to have an elevated surface (like a step/bench/plyo box), bands and/or mini-bands, and sometimes a Swiss ball. We can work with whatever you have available, but these things open up more options for you.

What if I miss workouts or fall off track?

That’s part of the process. We adjust and keep things moving forward rather than starting over.

Will you help with form?

Yes. You can send videos for feedback, and I’ll guide you on adjustments as needed.

Do You Offer Meal Plans or nutrition coaching?

No, I do not provide meal plans or nutrition prescriptions as this would be "out of scope" for my certification. However, I’m happy to offer general guidance and support healthy habits as part of the overall coaching process. I can recommend the app I personally use to track my macros and calories (though not required).

How do I get started?

Simply fill out the form below with some details about yourself, and I'll be in touch within 24 hours.
